Kick-Off $249 • 6 visits • Kick-Off sessions are kept to one-on-one or small group personal training to give as much attention and coaching as possible during the start of your journey. As you work through the six consecutive sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Kick-Off is the perfect place to ask questions and become more confident in your training. You must go through the Kick-Off before going forward in CrossFit 317. After you complete the 6 sessions, you can then decide if 1-on-1 or group training is best for you!

20 Sessions - 60 min 1-on-1 $1,020 • 20 visits

10 Sessions - 60 min 1-on-1 $540 • 10 visits

20 Sessions - 30 min 1-on-1 $510 • 20 visits

Metabolism Assessment & Custom Macronutrient Plan $249 • 1 visit

Nutrition Test group $100 • 1 visit

Strongman $20 • 1 visit • Valid for one Strongman class.

Yoga 10 Class Pass $100 • 10 visits • Ten passes valid for use towards yoga classes.

Beer Mile $20 • 1 visit • Good for 2019 Beer Mile

Yoga 5 Session Pass $50 • 5 visits • For use during initial five week yoga session.

2018 Intramural Open $30 • 5 visits • Join in for a fun, competition, and community! The Open starts Feb 22. We'll be performing the workouts on Fridays. They'll be the class workout at 5:30am, 9, & 12, then at night, we'll start heats at 5:00pm.
